I can't seem to find any 2019 atterax builds. This skin is purely for cosmetic purposes as it does not change any of the stats. It's somewhere in the middle among the viable melee weapons but definitely not top anymore. It has excellent critical stats and good status chance, has 90% Slash damage, but has low base damage.
